What ingredients and protein sources are used in the David Bronze bars?Updated 10 days ago

Our Protein System combines whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate, egg white, and calcium caseinate, meaning our protein is highly digestible and optimal for supporting muscle protein synthesis. 

Our Structure System uses maltitol, collagen, soluble corn fiber, glycerin, gelatin, glucono delta-lactone, xanthan gum, guar gum, sunflower lecithin and baking soda. Maltitol also provides sweetness with significantly reduced blood sugar effects. Collagen is able to provide structure to the bar while also providing benefits for hair, skin, and nail health. 

Our Fat System incorporates a modified plant fat (EPG) along with small amounts of palm kernel oil. EPG replicates the texture of fat while being indigestible, contributing only 0.7 calories per gram. 

Our Flavor & Color System consists of non-caloric sweeteners like sucralose and acesulfame potassium, alongside unsweetened chocolate, Dutch process cocoa powder, sweet cream powder, and natural and artificial flavors to create the delicious taste of high-calorie foods without added sugar, calories, providing a minimal impact on blood glucose levels. Certain flavors also include naturally sourced colors like annatto or fruit and vegetable juice for coloring.
