Why was I charged tax on my David order?
Tax is calculated automatically based on local and state tax laws. The total tax depends on how your state classifies our David protein bars and the applicable tax rate for that classification.
What payment methods does David Protein accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as popular digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions will be billed in USD.
Can David Protein provide an invoice or receipt for my order?
Yes, you can view and print your order receipt from your order confirmation email. You can also find all past order receipts in the “Order History” section of your customer account on our website.
Why does it look like I was charged twice for my order?
When you check out, an authorization hold may be placed on your account before the actual charge is processed. This can temporarily appear as a second charge. However, you will only be charged once for your order. The authorization hold will reconcil
Do you offer financing or installment payment options?
Yes, we offer the ability to pay in installments at checkout via Shop Pay. Note that your bank statement will show charges from Affirm, the partner that provides Shop Pay Installments though Shopify.
